Motorhome rental categories

The rental fleet includes B-Deluxe, C-MED, C-MED Plus, and C-LG categories. Meridian RV states that renters select a vehicle category rather than a make, model, or floor plan. Vehicle layouts and measurements can vary within each category.

Rental reservations require pickup and drop-off dates, passenger information, and estimated total distance. A minimum rental period of seven nights applies, with charges calculated per night. Kilometre packages can be purchased when booking or at pickup.

Practical rental requirements

Drivers must be at least 21 and hold a valid full driver's license.
All listed drivers must be present at pickup.
Seat belts are required for all passengers while the vehicle is moving.
Some vehicles can accommodate up to two child car seats, depending on the model.
Convenience kits with bedding, towels, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots, and pans are available to rent.
Motorhomes cannot tow trailers or similar equipment.

Renters are responsible for routine checks during their trip. These include checking tire pressure, engine oil, and coolant at every other refuelling. Mechanical problems must be reported within 24 hours during business hours.

Repairs costing more than $100 require prior authorization from Meridian RV.

Pickup appointments are scheduled between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. The pickup process can take 1.5 to 2 hours and includes:
